F1 Premium Simulators V2

BRIEF
Active Media Events approached Rentertainment on behalf of the Patties Food Group for their Metcash Expo 2025 stand. The expo took place at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre in July 2025 across three days.

Rentertainment was asked for an entertaining racing car simulator experience that would get the crowd involved and returning for more, with a little bit of friendly competition involved. Our F1 Premium Simulators were requested and with V2 having just launched, Active Media Events jumped at the opportunity to include these on the stand.

ACTIVATION
Using the latest version of the F1 Premium Simulators, V2, we tailored the setup to fit within the stand design. Everything was branded and looking the part, with the custom branded simulator decals and the custom leaderboard to match.

Our large 49” curved gaming monitors and the high-end Fanatec F1 electronics system created an immersive experience for the participants, with some even coming back for additional chances to better their times. There was often a crowd of onlookers cheering the participants on which created a buzzing atmosphere for the stand.

OUTCOME
Our team received a great deal of positive feedback during the three active days from participants and onlookers, and also post the Expo from our client, Active Media Events agency. There were more than 300 sessions across the three days on the two simulators, so it’s safe to say it was a very successful three days!
