BRIEF
Rentertainment was approached by 11 clients to provide interactive services for various activations for the 2025 Formula One Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne. One of the most thrilling weeks in Melbourne, it was an honour to be a part of all the excitement.
Five of our activations were offsite in the week prior to the GP and six activations were held onsite during the Grand Prix.
All clients were after something interactive, something both onlookers and participants would find interesting and something related to Formula One car racing. We worked closely with our clients and agencies to find the right service for their brand and set-up.
ACTIVATION
After working with our clients and agencies to find the right fit for them, we provided the following services for the following clients:
• Two Premium V1 Simulators at the Crown 330 Suite
• Two player VR Pit Stop Challenge at Crown
• Glam Bot for Colgate at Glamour on the Grid
• Full Size Mosaic for Quadlock on the grounds
• Reaction Wall for TAC on the grounds
• Two F1 Premium Simulators for TCL on the grounds
• Two Standard Racing Simulators for the Fangio Marquee on the grounds
OUTCOME
Our incredible team worked closely with our fantastic clients to ensure bump in was smooth and all of the clients’ onsite staff were trained to manage their service during activation times (if they were running the service themselves). We offered support on call 24/7 for any questions or issues that may arise. Besides some typical Melbourne rain on Day One that we needed to avoid, we faced no problems for the duration of the GP.
Bump out all went according to plan and the feedback from our agencies and clients was very positive. With talks in place for 2026 in the same week 2025 finished up, we’d say it was a success. We are already looking forward to 2026!
