Following a successful partnership at the 2018 Cisco Live exhibition, Veritas Events approached us seeking a number of services for Cisco Live 2019’s celebration evening.

A strong focus was placed on delivering show-stopping services that were to provide maximum entertainment value, whilst creating a lasting and memorable experience. The services were also required to cater for a high turnover, a 2,000 strong crowd.

We put forward our VR arena for this event.

Utilising the latest advancements in virtual reality technology, it allows up to four players at a time to play collaboratively, or compete against one another, in a choice of two unique VR experiences. Both the Robot Shooter and Zombie Horror provides guests the opportunity to step into a completely different world for a few minutes, to truly escape reality, have some fun and share the experience with three others.

The VR Arena was a huge success with guests queuing up to have a turn and see what all the fuss was about! Our large display screen also provided onlookers the chance to engage in the action whilst they were waiting to step inside the arena for a shot at it themselves.

The client was pleased with the amount of guests who got involved, and the speed with which they could have a turn.
It was a unique experience, and guests made mention that they hadn’t had a chance to engage in anything like this before!
